Program Manager, Inventory Management, Fleet Delivery and Redeployment DESCRIPTION The Global Fleet & Products (GFP) team within Amazon Last Mile Logistics is looking for a data savvy Program Manager to own our European idle fleet inventory and redeployment performance analytics, which is the very starting point of our physical supply chain efficiency.
At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth.
One experience that we're constantly improving is how we fulfill and deliver orders right to the customer's doorstep.
Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small are delivered where and when they need them, as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.
To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class delivery experiences through the introduction of innovative new products and services in the Last Mile Delivery space.
Fleet is a highly visible program (internally and externally) with exciting capacity and availability challenges requiring constant supply chain agility and efficiency improvements.
This is an interesting opportunity to have a key role in the rapidly growing Amazon Logistics organization and work backwards from an ambitious North Star to deliver the right vehicle, at the right condition, at the right time, to the right DSP.
Within our fleet supply chain, the Redeployment process consists in collecting, inspecting and refurbishing vehicles formerly operated by Delivery Service Providers (DSP) and delivering the vans again to a new or expanding DSP.
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving compliance, quality/accuracy and automation for our redeployment inventory.
This is critical in order to build a single source of truth input to be consumed for our planning cycles, downstream deployment operations and cost control.

It also includes cost controlling activities in partnership with our Central Operations team and Finance business partners, to monitor actual vs planned recurring and non-recurring costs of vehicles within the redeployment cycle.
The program manager will directly impact key metrics related to i) on-time deployment / collections, ii) Turn around Time per redeployment process segments (collection to inspection, inspection to repair completion, delivery instruction to actual delivery), iii) quality escalations / vehicles off road, iv) customer satisfaction, v) cost deviations.
This is a pan-European role involving both deep analytical skills and interactions with both external (FMC central and local teams) and internal (fleet scheduling, central operations, finance) stakeholders.
You need to be comfortable handling highly complex relationships with external stakeholders and coordinating multiple internal Amazon teams to achieve your goals.
