Program Manager

Main functions to develop:

Project Coordination
Budget Management
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
Ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards is essential.
Lead and support project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

+ 3 years of experience as Program Manager in the automotive sector working with German customer.
Fluent in English is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Travel availability is required.
High leadership and Organizational skills.
