Program Manager

The issue Building projects are very important for society, because they create living, working and leisure spaces that meet the needs of the population, thus directly influencing the well-being and functionality of society.
The project As part of a logistics building project involving cold and controlled temperatures (cold rooms, fridges, etc.
), we are looking for a Program Manager to work on the owner's side.
The position is ASAP for a 2-year project.
It is located near Malaga in Spain, with some travel to town 40 km away.
Job Description : Missions The Program manager will supervise the project as Developer/Promoter.
He/she will be responsible for the technical, administrative and legal aspects of the project, as well as monitoring the MOEX companies.
Profile / Requirements : Skills With a degree in construction/civil engineering, you have at least 5 years' experience in property programme management in the context of industrial/logistics projects.
You are fluent in Spanish and French/English.
