CDO Engineering Unit develops products mainly for Frameworks and Platforms, OpenGateway and B2C in the following areas: Home Computing, Mobile/Web Channels, TV, Digital Assistants, Data, Telco Capabilities Exposure and Home Communications. We work to create new and innovative products and facilitate access to all the services offered by Telefónica.
We're currently looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join us to organise and coordinate various projects. You will guide the teams in using agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and contribute to the development and improvement of agile practices within the organisation.
You will work closely with other teams (engineering, product, delivery teams...) across the organisation. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with senior management on status, risks and mitigations. A successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as strong agile project management and communication skills.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
Assist in team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them.
Help in the implementation of agile projects.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
EDUCATION REQUIRED Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
SPECIFIC SKILLS Good at communicating.
Used to working in environments that use agile frameworks.
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
Strong adaptability and stress tolerance.
Friendly communicative person, with excellent conflict resolution skills.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE At least 3 years experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations (Scrum, Kanban...).
Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
JIRA experience.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience.
LANGUAGES / IDIOMAS English (professional competence).
