Analyze program data and feedback to continuously improve and innovate. Facilitate sessionsFacilitate peer-to-peer learning sessions, fostering open communication and shared insights. Guide discussions, ask thought-provoking questions, and spark meaningful connections. Create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard and valued. Design resources and tools that support ongoing learning and development beyond the program. Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in program management and facilitation. Be up-to-date with the newest learning principles and best practices. Good understanding of the recruitment & staffing industry and its challenges. Excel at building relationships and creating a collaborative environment. Are a natural storyteller with a passion for igniting learning experiences. Possess strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
