Job DescriptionThe RoleYou will join our New Business Solutions unit. Our mission is to accelerate product introduction & adoption by our international customers through well-defined and simplified tech-enabled service offerings. You will drive collaboration across the ADP functions to ensure that our client-facing teams are ready to position and deliver excellent implementation and support services for our best-in-class solutions. You will work closely with the cross-function leaders and experts, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Learning and Product teams and many others to deliver strategic initiatives and launch new products to market, using our New Product Introduction (NPI) framework.An ideal candidate enjoys working in a high paced environment and will have outstanding project/program management skills, great communication skills, a collaborative nature and a "let's get it done" attitude. What You Get To Do In This RoleDevelop a deep understanding of our company wide NPI process and help the organization to be ready for introduction of new products in the market Champion NPI adoption cross International (ESI) teams Prepare plans for all NPI projects and projects/Programs in your scope and coordinate with all stakeholders Manage and report progress tracking/ readiness across all new products and product teams, including cross-functional teams such as Sales Enablement, Learning, Security, Finance, to mention a few. Provide regular status reports, drive awareness and communication related to the projects/programs and NPIs in your scope to all stakeholders Attend the NPI Board reviews and Go-to-Market forums Build cross-functional global relationships To Be Successful In This Role You Have8+ years experience managing Projects applying methodologies common in the profession (e.G. PRINCE2, PMBOK).Additional 3 years experience managing Programs (ie. 11 years overall)Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies (e.G. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, SAFe etc) and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques Process oriented and excellent organizational skills Outstanding track-record of delivering results People centric and value-oriented mindset Strategic planning, execution and analysis Experience synthesizing and simplifying complex informationAdaptable and innovative thinking Active listening skills to ensure feedback identifies areas of improvement Ample experience building and delivering presentations and tailoring to audience, e.G. Associates, peers, senior executives (up to XCOM) Exposure to Portfolio Management best practices Ideally experience within ADP or other HCM provider in Product Management or in a strategic/enterprise PMO A Bachelors degree in a business or technology related subjectA post-graduate degree as a plus.Job DetailsJob Type: Permanent-FT (AC Only)Salaried: Salaried
