.Program Manager EI Automation, AmazonLinkAmazon's Global AmazonLink team is seeking a Program Manager EI Automation (EDI/API) interested in joining our Selling partner integration and operations team. AmazonLink supports the Amazon Retail Supply Chain EDI (electronic data interchange)/API (application programming interface) transactions worldwide.In this role, you will concentrate on working with Selling partners to integrate on our EDI/API solutions and guide them through all aspects of our integration process until successful go-live and drive excellence in data usage for the benefit of both the Seller and Amazon. With your knowledge in our integration solutions, you will also contribute to the continuous improvements of our products and processes.An ideal candidate has a strong mix of EDI/API integration knowledge from a technical perspective, project management skills, and enjoys daily interactions with our key Selling partners and various internal stakeholders. Ability to work and deliver in a clear and structured way is crucial to achieve ongoing results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn complex change management and improvement projects and programs.Own detailed project oversight for several Selling partner integrations in parallel and facilitate communication between all external and internal stakeholders while providing technical consultancy.Focus on achieving goals with flexible prioritization and persistence, anticipating and overcoming barriers to achieve expected results.Build and leverage strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to attract and grow the utilization of our EDI/API integration solutions.Deliver best-in-class pro-active integration consultancy through knowledge of our EDI/API integration solutions, the external Selling partner process or system/tech related blockers.Handle appropriate and reliable reporting of your integration project activities and learnings.Add value with post-project analysis and drive for positive project outcomes, team results, and effective future project management.Make sound decisions that produce positive long-term impacts and take a well-ordered, logical approach to identifying business, market, and cross-functional issues.Facilitate and lead continuous improvement of our products and processes and implement changes that improve our integration utilization efficiency.Minimum RequirementsKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.Experience in program or project management.Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.Experience leading process improvements
