With your knowledge of our integration solutions, you will also contribute to the continuous improvements of our products and processes.
Key Job Responsibilities: Own complex change management and improvement projects and programs. Provide detailed project oversight for several Selling partner integrations in parallel and facilitate communication between all external and internal stakeholders while providing technical consultancy. Focus on achieving goals with flexible prioritization and persistence, anticipating and overcoming barriers to achieve expected results. Engage others in making plans, reaching decisions, actions, and results. Build and leverage strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to attract and grow the utilization of our EDI/API integration solutions. Deliver best-in-class pro-active integration consultancy through knowledge of our EDI/API integration solutions and the external Selling partner process or system/tech related blockers. Develop excellent knowledge on the technical aspects of our integration solutions and a solid understanding of the underlying business process requirements. Handle appropriate and reliable reporting of your integration project activities and learnings. Add value with post-project analysis and drive for positive project outcomes, team results, and effective future project management. Make sound decisions that produce positive long-term impacts. Facilitate and lead continuous improvement of our products and processes and implement changes that improve our integration utilization efficiency.
