This position is not currently funded and is contingent upon funding to Amentum. At this time, Amentum is seeking candidates to fulfill contingent roles. The expected award timeframe is Fall 2025. We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Management Analyst (PMA) to provide comprehensive program management and administrative support to FDRMC in Rota, Spain. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation and tracking of key processes, from labor brief analysis and knowledge management to training coordination and industrial equipment oversight. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage diverse administrative tasks, and a commitment to supporting the mission with efficiency and accuracy.Essential Responsibilities:Receive, track, analyze, and organize taskers and special projects as assigned.Support record-keeping functions in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.Track and record training requirements to ensure compliance with established standards.Assist with tasks including:Reviewing Defense Travel System (DTS) submissions.Serving as a warehouse management liaison and managing inventory control of equipment and tools.Performing Naval message (OIX) entry.Manage Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) by:Tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs.Coordinating replacement and disposal of IPE.Working with contractors, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), and Commander Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) to manage repair or procurement of equipment.Support the development, tracking, and analysis of Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).Track assessment and inspection information while maintaining associated databases.Provide knowledge management support, including the preparation and presentation of labor briefs.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in program management, administrative support, or a related field.Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) administrative and record-keeping standards.Proficiency in managing training requirements and coordinating tasks across diverse stakeholders.Experience with inventory control, equipment management, or preventive maintenance processes.Must have an active secret US government clearance.
