Then, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strategic roadmap and master plan aligned with the WCH business Product Value Stream (PVSM) objectives in supply reliability, quality, growth, customer service, and cost.Ensure global alignment to enable outstanding technology and process engineering practices across our manufacturing sites.Program leadership and governance of the Product Value Stream (PVSM) project portfolio.Collaborate with PVSM leaders, Product Management, Manufacturing Site Leadership, R&D, and other relevant functions to drive end-to-end (E2E) initiatives.Monitor and drive improvements in the business metrics performance as related to the assigned value stream.Lead E2E projects or programs across the PVSM supporting multiple sites.Drive the development and implementation of ground-breaking innovation as well as other major technology improvements over the strategic horizon.Communicate platform portfolio priorities and updates.Cultivate external contacts and forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise.Partner with equipment technology platform leaders and domain experts in the selection of best-in-class equipment and process technologies.Lead and develop technology roadmap for the PVSM.Define and implement platform strategies supporting the implementation of engineering and E2E initiatives.Communicate business related issues or opportunities to the next management level.QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Engineering or science related field preferred. An advanced degree, such as an MS or an MBA preferred.Experience and Skills:Required: Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience.Experience in a business or technical role.Knowledge of working and supervising in an FDA medical device regulated industry.Strong project management experience.Ability to work effectively to drive alignment in a global environment.
