Objective: Support in the implementation of the Career Journey for MSc and CEMS students, focusing on increasing engagement and enhancing career development.
Primary assistance to the current MSc Career Lead.

For MSc and CEMS programs: Data organization & tracking: Organization of student lists, including tracking student activity and identifying outliers (under-users and over-users) Assisting in tracking the placement of recent graduates and maintaining placement documentation.
Support in placement strategies Communication & event promotion: Supporting the promotion of Career Services events to students through digital communications and on campus posters Assisting with targeted communication to increase student engagement (e.g., CV book campaigns, career fair attendance) Assisting in responding to student inquiries via email Sending weekly job offers and event updates to students via eCampus Community building: Organizing & attending meetings with key student groups on campus: delegates, associations, with the objectives of collecting feedback & building community Creation of peer-to-peer mentorship initiatives Coordination with key partners for career sessions: Supporting coordination with career coaches, alumni & experts (receiving workshop materials, sending out invitations, managing session schedules, and standardizing feedback) For MSc, CEMS, and FTMBA programs: Updating post-graduation placement status one year after completion Creating lead lists from LinkedIn & identifying key alumni Languages required: English (native or C1 or professional proficiency).
