Overview: The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day tasks of the Special Projects Programs, in order to guarantee an effective and efficient development of the operations and services provided to students.
Responsibilities: Responsible for planning the program sessionsCoordinate teachers' agendasCoordinate teaching material requests with the Documentation department, upload documents and syllabus to the online campusProactively manage the relationship with students before and during the program, provide them with relevant information, solve problems, questions, refer them to the appropriate areas, follow up on their attendance recordAdministrative tasks such as coding invoices, uploading expenses to TRAVEX, managing advancesOrganize teacher's tripsTabulate surveysPreparation of presentations and informational material with Word and PowerPointFlexibility in taking on specific tasks to ensure the efficient development of the programQualifications: Bachelor´s DegreeBilingual in Spanish and English, as this position requires both languages every dayAt least 3 years of experienceSkills such as project management, customer service, problem resolution, and teamworkInternational profile, experience in working in multicultural environments
