Program Coordinator, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center (Temporary)

Both in-side and out-side of IE.The Project Coordinator will report to the Director of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center. Given the growth of IE ´s international entrepreneurship initiatives we are looking for a candidate who can give support with the organization and operation of the Center's activities. In close collaboration with the Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, the candidate will help with the daily management of activities like the International Venture Days, Venture Lab and related programs, assisting with the growth strategy and managing the corresponding communication and administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Your role as a Program Coordinator will involve:Help with the organization of International Entrepreneurship Programs, Venture Days and Startup Competitions.Coordinate operational issues with international stakeholders (accelerators, investors, keynote speakers and public organizations).Help with the communication and marketing tasks of the Center.Research activities in different entrepreneurial ecosystems.Support with the daily management of the administrative tasks.Assist with internal and interdepartmental coordination tasks.Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in English (written & oral).Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and in an international environment.Outstanding organizational capacity and strong project management skills to provide support on logistics, event planning, etc.Problem-solving Rockstar.Great communication skills.Marketing and/or Audiovisual Communication knowledge would be a plus.If you want to be part of this educational revolution, we invite you to apply and be part of our amazing team at IE University.#J-18808-Ljbffr
