Our People At IE we are: People-driven Change Builders Knowledge Champions The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities related to IE's diverse programs. This role involves serving as the main interface between students, professors, and various IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components, managing communication flows; supporting program logistics and operations, and providing support to faculty members to ensure high standards for our corporate participants. Key Action Areas Interaction with Students: Meet with students to resolve issues, offer advice, and/or provide support with empathy, sensitivity, and a professional customer-oriented approach. Support students in the admission process, managing registration applications and formalizing enrollment. Manage (written and oral) communications with students, including all regular written communications and information points; presentations and information sessions, etc. Use students' feedback to identify ways to improve their experience with IE. Assist students and faculty before, during, and after the program. Interaction with Professors and Other Departments: Liaise with professors to plan program sessions and trips. Communicate with professors to resolve participants' requests or support program management. Request feedback, ensure timely submission of grades, syllabi, etc., and provide ongoing support to faculty members and teaching staff. Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful participant experience. Internal Development: Be proactive in learning internal processes, platforms, and tools to deliver high-quality programs. Actively coordinate with Program Managers to distribute and align with the preparation and delivery of programs
