What you will do
As the Professional & Strategic Capabilities Manager, you will build the optimal Product technical training and professional model. You will define the best strategy for Internal product capabilities and Professional route to market for key brands across Self Care, Skin Health & Essential Health to drive HCP recommendation. You will develop, lead, and ensure execution of product capabilities and professional business plans. You will also support the brand teams on product capabilities and professional marketing activities (resources, budget, implementation plans, business insights).
Key responsibilities
Build and ensure implementation of the capabilities & professional strategy including route to market Defines training strategy & content to develop internal and external strategic capabilities (product/category).
Collaborates with RA, MA, BA & Marketing to adapt and align contents for internal and external product trainings.
Coordinate the preparation of training materials, as required, in accordance with SOPs and European processes.
Accesses all the available training supports and defines the best-balanced model between F2F and Digital.
Uses market data and Professional marketing guidelines to build an omni-channel professional strategy including prioritization of HCP targets and brands, and optimal route to market.
Builds a 3-year business case and secures internal alignment and funding with the support from Cluster Professional team.
Champions digital as a key touchpoint for HCPs and drives omni-channel agenda.
Partners with cluster marketing team and other local markets in SEF to drive synergies, scale best practices and optimize plans.
Lead development of professional marketing strategy and execution Develops innovative professional marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through professional detailing team and brand team.
Sets local professional marketing plans in line with cluster professional strategy, brand strategy and company priorities.
Collaborates with brand teams to provide 360 holistic brand marketing mix.
Optimizes professional BME spend across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication (congresses, seminars, advisory board, CRM etc).
Ensures that all detailing services are delivered in strict accordance with the terms and specifications outlined in the contract, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Builds strong partnership with Regional / Local Medical Affairs team in order to leverage clinical studies and scientific information.
Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity.
Compliance: Ensure systems are in place to ensure compliance with Regulatory Authority and corporate requirements and HCC requirements.
To establish and build on relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) both within and outside the company. Builds strong network with key opinion leaders, associations, and societies and monitors industry developments impacting business.
Works with these KOLs for speaker programs, digital content, PR activities, and advisory boards.
Identification of potential changes in market trends which impact J&J.
Support brand teams with market research activities involving HCPs.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Degree in Pharmacy or other medical sciences, or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in health care markets and/or business administration is desirable.
10 years mix of Consumer, Pharma and/or OTC experience.
Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG.
Experience in medical detailing / professional communication.
Digital experience in developing and implementing campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
Required skills
Experience in working with medical detailing / professional communication and SFA/SFE tools and metrics.
Proven track record in developing strategy & putting it into excellence in execution and performance.
