Requirements Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and mentor a team of implementation managers and configuration specialists, empowering them to deliver exceptional client service.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, championing continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to build a strong and results-oriented team.Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for team member growth.Client Success & Project Management Partner with sales and client success teams to understand client needs and design complex tech solutions.Develop and implement a project management methodology for successful B2B implementations.Lead project planning workshops and actively manage project risks, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.Oversee the team's delivery to guarantee client satisfaction beyond expectations.Strategic Influence & Process Improvement Collaborate with internal teams like developers, finance, and legal to achieve optimal client outcomes.Identify areas for process improvement and continuously optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.Contribute to business development efforts by fostering strong client relationships and representing the team at industry events (when feasible).Obligatory 6+ years of experience in professional services, IT implementation, or a related field, with a focus on complex B2B solutions in the financial services industry (a plus)Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a matrixed organization, achieving consistent project success and exceeding client expectationsIn-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong ability to adapt them to the specific needs of a startup environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders (clients, internal teams)Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving APIs, product configuration, and collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders (developers, finance, legal)Preferably Proven ability to deliver effective training programs for adult learners, leveraging technology and eLearning platforms when feasibleA startup mentality with a willingness to be hands-on, adaptable, and resourceful in a resource-constrained environmentUnderstanding of regulatory requirements impacting institutional brokerage operations and fintech solutions (e.g., KYC/AML, data security) a plusHands-on technical expertise in fintech solutions, including an understanding of product capabilities, limitations, and configuration options a plusJoin our client's innovative startup and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cutting-edge software solutions.
