Requirements: Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: ? Lead, coach, and mentor a team of implementation managers and configuration specialists, empowering them to deliver exceptional client service. ? Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, championing continuous learning and knowledge sharing. ? Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to build a strong and results-oriented team. ? Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for team member growth. Client Success & Project Management: ? Partner with sales and client success teams to understand client needs and design complex tech solutions. ? Develop and implement a project management methodology for successful B2B implementations. ? Lead project planning workshops and actively manage project risks, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. ? Oversee the team's delivery to guarantee client satisfaction beyond expectations. Strategic Influence & Process Improvement: ? Collaborate with internal teams like developers, finance, and legal to achieve optimal client outcomes. ? Identify areas for process improvement and continuously optimize team efficiency and effectiveness. ? Contribute to business development efforts by fostering strong client relationships and representing the team at industry events (when feasible). Obligatory: ? 6+ years of experience in professional services, IT implementation, or a related field, with a focus on complex B2B solutions in the financial services industry (a plus) ? Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a matrixed organization, achieving consistent project success and exceeding client expectations ? In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong ability to adapt them to the specific needs of a startup environment ? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders (clients, internal teams) ? Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving APIs, product configuration, and collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders (developers, finance, legal) Preferably: ? Proven ability to deliver effective training programs for adult learners, leveraging technology and eLearning platforms when feasible ? A startup mentality with a willingness to be hands-on, adaptable, and resourceful in a resource-constrained environment ? Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting institutional brokerage operations and fintech solutions (e.g., KYC/AML, data security) a plus ?
