We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.About the position: A Professional Services Development Manager (PSDM) is assigned to each Netskope partner in the Netskope Service Delivery Program. The PSDM's focus is to enable and support partners in their delivery of Activation, Adoption and Operationalization services for Netskope products.Responsibilities include:Manage partner Slack channelProvide best practice guidanceWeekly cadence call to discuss customers' health and Support ticket walk-throughKeep partner team current on new featuresProvide details to partner on any customer support issuesValue Realization Plan updates for end-customer trackingFeature requestsCoaching individual engineers for services workCollaborate on get well plans and at risk customer renewalsSolution design guidanceOngoing training for new product and feature releasesJob Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Partner Success Manager/Professional Services Consultant/Technical Delivery Manager with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect levelExcellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies including but not limited to: Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN's, SSO, DLP and Encryption gatewaysDemonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administrationUNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems (prior Active Directory/LDAP experience desirable)MDM, Cloud APIs, Strong Networking conceptsExperience with working with Fortune 500 companiesPrior experience in early-stage startupsScripting Language (Perl/Python)HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, SOX, etc
