As Professional Marketing Manager it is important that you ensure clinical insights are well balanced with practical input for Sales and Marketing.The Professional Marketing Manager reports directly to the Commercial Category Leader and works closely with the Commercial Category Managers and Modality Sales Specialist.
Together with the Professional Marketing Lead of the other category and zones you are responsible for the clinical and marketing agenda for EMEA SRC.
This agenda is created by leveraging the knowledge of the organization and various experts.The role can be based in Amsterdam, Suresnes - Verdi, Warsaw, Bilbao or UK (based from home).

and share best practices.Provides requirements for assets that enable lobbying and engagement.Owns prioritizes EMEA KOL/clinical relationship and engagement.Inform clinical strategy provide insightsSupports Commercial Category Managers (CCM) by driving insights to better understand segmentation key requirement of value space from clinical and professional marketing perspective.Manages clinical insights claims roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing sales support activities.Local Marketing PlanningEngage and collaborate with the Commercial Category Managers (CCM) and Marketing Operations on the portfolio and marketing plans and ensure alignment with market marketing priorities and consistency across clusters.Implements and enriches the engagement strategy.Understands and orchestrates prioritization of local marketing needs such as events, studies, congresses to execute the business strategy.Works with key account managers to drive top- and bottom line and market share delivery as per plan.Education ManagementSet up education program for internal and external stakeholders together with the MSS'es.Drives professional recommendation of the brand (MOR) by developing and executing marketing strategies.Leads selection and organization of participation in events to engage with the professional target audience.Contributes to Business innovation New Business Development projects ensuring local market portfolio/innovation and business model needs are met.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:5 years experience working with Home Care Providers and/or Respiratory / sleep cliniciansRelevant industry network in Sleep and Respiratory CareFluent in English both verbal and writtenCuriosity and desire to raise the barStrong solution orientation and can do mentalityClinical and academic interest and capabilitiesExperience in working in international context and complex matrix organizationsAbout PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
