He/She engages priority KOLs and Home Care Provider Category Managers, together with local teams. As Professional Marketing Manager, it is important to ensure clinical insights are well balanced with practical input for Sales and Marketing.The Professional Marketing Manager reports directly to the Commercial Category Leader and works closely with the Commercial Category Managers and Modality Sales Specialists.Together with the Professional Marketing Lead of the other categories and zones, you are responsible for the clinical and marketing agenda for EMEA SRC. This agenda is created by leveraging the knowledge of the organization and various experts.Responsibilities:Category: Patient Interface (mask) & SoftwareGeography: EMEAEngage KOLs and Home Care Professional Category Managers:Implement & enrich engagement strategy with professional & clinical societies, organizations representing patients, and category leaders at Home Care Providers.Understand local marketing needs (congresses, studies, etc.) and share best practices.Provide requirements for assets that enable lobbying and engagement.Own & prioritize EMEA KOL/clinical relationship and engagement.Inform Clinical Strategy & Provide Insights:Support Commercial Category Managers (CCM) by driving insights to better understand segmentation & key requirements of value space from clinical and professional marketing perspectives.Manage clinical insights & claims roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing & sales support activities.Local Marketing Planning:Engage and collaborate with the Commercial Category Managers (CCM) and Marketing Operations on the portfolio and marketing plans and ensure alignment with market marketing priorities and consistency across clusters.Implement and enrich the engagement strategy.Understand and orchestrate prioritization of local marketing needs such as events, studies, congresses to execute the business strategy.Work with key account managers to drive top- and bottom-line and market share delivery as per plan.Education Management:Set up education programs for internal and external stakeholders together with the MSSes.Drive professional recommendation of the brand (MOR) by developing and executing marketing strategies.Lead selection and organization of participation in events to engage with the professional target audience.Contribute to business innovation & new business development projects ensuring local market portfolio/innovation and business model needs are met
