We are now looking for a Productivity Manager who will be responsible for coordinating within the Nourish division our productivity initiatives to drive margin expansion through effective supply chain management, sourcing strategies, plant fixed cost optimization, commercial term improvements, and business fixed costs modernization. This role will also focus on enhancing our overall cost structure and managing/improving working capital. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record in productivity management.
Key Responsibilities: Work with our businesses to develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, including sourcing and procurement processes.Identify opportunities for reducing plant fixed costs and improving operational efficiency.Negotiate and manage commercial terms with suppliers and partners to achieve cost savings and enhance profitability.Analyze and improve cost structures across various departments and processes.
Lead initiatives to streamline operations and eliminate waste using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost structure productivity.Develop and execute plans to improve working capital management, including inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize cash flow and reduce working capital requirements.Implement best practices for working capital management and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and senior management.Work closely with functional departments, business units, and external partners to identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniques.Job RequirementsYour Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in productivity management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of driving margin expansion and cost structure productivity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
