With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries.About the RoleAs a Tertiary Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring line efficiencies, personal utilization, quality, and safety at our site in Sagunto. The job holder will report to the Production Manager Sagunto and cooperate with the rest of the Production Team Leaders as well as the management team. You will manage a team of around 80 people at two levels.In this position, you will be responsible for:Leading and developing the team under your supervision, identifying potential and fostering growth among team members, including Process Improvers, Supervisors, line coordinators, and others.Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met while maintaining quality and EHS standards.Ensuring the system contains accurate information for precise reporting of plant status.Coordinating production tests, production changes, and line improvements.Providing solutions to high-level issues within the facilities.Collaborating with your team (SLs, PIs, Supervisors) to resolve problems within your area of responsibility.Working with MICs, SLs, PIs, and other plant personnel on special projects related to your area of responsibility.Performing any other duties and tasks in line with the responsibilities of the position.RequirementsA degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is often required. Advanced degrees or certifications in management or automotive engineering are a plus.Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
