Implemente and maintain internal policies to guarantee regulatory and ethical compliance in Added Values department.L ead the workshop by boosting Monitor and control production KPIs: service, cost, quality and producvity.Be the process control owner with the help of support teams: Lead the Process Control Plan based on European programs and Six-Sigma. Implementation. Quality support for blind and weekly product audits.Point of contact for the European Added Values team (weekly meetings) and participation in the EMEA Lab community.Lead and participate in projects as necessary and assume responsibility with the aim of delivering upon agreed timelines
