Join us in shaping our future – and yours.What You Will DoMAIN MISSIONS:Guarantee the manufacturing operations in accordance with the safety and environmental standards.Manufacture products according to the production plan and product specifications to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction by delivering on time at the lowest cost with the expected quality.Safety & EnvironmentAs a line manager, has the responsibility to enforce the rules applicable on the site, as well as to act to improve EHS&S standards for his teams.Respects, applies and enforces all safety procedures (lockout, dangerous products management, fire evacuation, accidents, wearing of personal protection, compliance with waste disposal policy, etc.).Is responsible for the security of the site.Presents the safety update prepared by the EHS&S department.Alerts, escalates and records security issues, incidents, risks, etc.QualityRespects, applies and enforces good manufacturing and quality practice procedures (self-control, blockage, traceability, materials refused upon receipt, personnel audits, unblocking, cleanliness, hygiene in the shop floor, etc.).Ensures compliance with standards and defined manufacturing processes.Approves manufacturing documents after verifying that all requested information is present (Verification and correction of discrepancies in batch records).Organizes tests and checks after defective blockages.Makes the entire team aware of the quality of the products manufactured.Is responsible for the quality training plan for the employees.Alerts and takes contingency measures in case of a standards deviation.Engagement & Talent DevelopmentParticipates in talent recruitment and leads his/her team training & development plans.Tracks and ensures the level management, monitoring of recovery hours, sick leave, etc.Leads and participates in the daily/weekly/monthly performance management meetings
