Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
Production Supervisor
The position reports into the Production & Warehouse Business Unit Manager and will be assigned in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid.

What You Will Do
Main Missions:
Guarantee the manufacturing operations in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
Manufacture products according to the production plan and product specifications to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction by delivering on time at the lowest cost with the expected quality.
Safety & Environment
Enforce applicable rules on the site and improve EHS&S standards for teams.
Respect and apply all safety procedures (lockout, dangerous products management, fire evacuation, etc.).
Be responsible for the security of the site.
Present safety updates prepared by the EHS&S department.
Alert, escalate, and record security issues, incidents, risks, etc.
Quality
Enforce good manufacturing and quality practice procedures.
Ensure compliance with standards and defined manufacturing processes.
Approve manufacturing documents after verifying that all requested information is present.
Organize tests and checks after defective blockages.
Ensure awareness of product quality among the team.
Be responsible for the quality training plan for employees.
Alert and take contingency measures in case of standard deviations.
Participate in talent recruitment and lead team training & development plans.
Track and ensure management levels, monitoring of recovery hours, sick leave, etc.
Lead and participate in performance management meetings.
Manufacture
Monitor quantities to be manufactured and losses (scrap, waste).
Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions.
Be responsible for Level 1 maintenance.
Coordinate in case of machine breakdown.
Monitor consumption of spare parts.
Propose modifications to improve safety, quality, or productivity.
Participate in testing of new materials, processes, and products.
On the Social Level
Develop a team spirit and motivation.
Foster a good social and safe environment within the team and factory.
Act as an interface between staff and administrative departments.
Ensure management of information flow.
At the Management Level
Supervise staff based on production requirements (20 to 40 people).
Manage flows from the MP warehouse to the PF warehouse.
Collaborate with other supervisors and the Planning team.
Analyze advances-delays and implement corrective actions.
Miscellaneous Activities
Organize and prepare manufacturing/packaging stations.
Participate in the development of the operating budget.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in English required, with confidence in presenting to Senior Management.
Mastery of the Office package.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in problem solving and dealing with ambiguity.
Functional Technical Skills in production and mechanics.
Effective communication skills.
Organizational capacity.
Result-oriented.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
