We are looking for a proactive and diligent Production Supervisor to coordinate daily activities in the raw material and production sections.
Your role will ensure manufacturing operations meet production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, quality, and safety standards.

This new role will report directly to our Production Manager and involves close collaboration with various teams, including logistics, maintenance, and Research & Development.
You'll thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment, making a significant impact from our factory in Polinyà, Spain.
Key Tasks: Supervise and guide the staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed accurately according to SOPs, and all machines and equipment are operated safely according to the schedule to fulfill the weekly plan.
Train new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards.
Prepare production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved.
Ensure all guidelines regarding Health & Safety and Environment are in place and followed by all employees in the department.
Handle meetings and actively collaborate on projects in the area.
Active collaboration in continuous improvement tasks and 5S system.
What does it take to become our new team member?
While a university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience in shift work and managing shifts.
Knowledge of paint and coating technologies would be valuable.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Communication skills in reading and writing English to follow our internal documentation and oral skills to perform plant tour visits.
Lean manufacturing or Kaizen systems knowledge (valuable).
While we value validated experience and qualifications, meeting every requirement is not required.
