The scope includes managing day to day operations of the 'creativeteam' including: resource planning, production management, assetbank management and the creative briefing process. Responsibilities include project timeline management, managing thebrand asset bank, delivering campaign content and on time and onbudget to the wider business and partners.Roles & Responsibilities:Plan, direct and coordinate artwork requests for the CreativeServices department in the always on teamBrief the Creative Services 'Always On' team (Copywriter,Graphic Designers and Art Directors) and external partners onthe creation of artwork assetsFacilitate internal approvals and external approvals of artworkassetsEstablish project timelines to ensure that requests are producedand delivered according to deadlineTrack artwork projects and make sure that everything critical is on trackand delayed non-critical items are tracked, rescheduled, andcommunicated appropriatelyCoordinate production meetings with creative team to ensure correctprioritisation and review of workloadEnsure finalised and approved global assets are uploaded and correctlylabelled for use by the rest of the organization and external partnersConstantly look for ways to improve the efficiency of the artwork productionResponsible for facilitating translations of creative copyWho we're looking for:Great communicator and you know how to write clear, informative andunderstandable briefsAble to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes and work efficiently andproductively under tight deadlinesProficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multipleprioritiesYou are an enthusiastic team player and feel confident in arranging / leading teammeetings and workshopsYou come with a solution-oriented mind-set, which makes you able to keep aproject on track even when last-minute changes are necessaryYou probably have the following experiences & skills:You have 4-5 years of experience in a similar position at an external orinhouse agencyMinimum of 1 year experience / education in graphic production and/orproject managementExperience in creative production processes in a fast-paced digitalenvironmentStrong organisational and planning skills with the ability to juggle short andlong term prioritiesYou are interested in music, design, fashion, future trends and technologyOur pledge:We thrive to foster an inclusive workplace and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status.
