** This is a temporary position for 12 months starting asap** What you'll do: The role owns the management of asset production connected todigital and physical asset creation in the always on team.
The scope includes managing day to day operations of the 'creativeteam' including: resource planning, production management, assetbank management and the creative briefing process.
Responsibilities include project timeline management, managing thebrand asset bank, delivering campaign content and on time and onbudget to the wider business and partners.
Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, direct and coordinate artwork requests for the CreativeServices department in the always on team Brief the Creative Services 'Always On' team (Copywriter,Graphic Designers and Art Directors) and external partners onthe creation of artwork assets Facilitate internal approvals and external approvals of artworkassets Establish project timelines to ensure that requests are producedand delivered according to deadline Track artwork projects and make sure that everything critical is on trackand delayed non-critical items are tracked, rescheduled, andcommunicated appropriately Coordinate production meetings with creative team to ensure correctprioritisation and review of workload Ensure finalised and approved global assets are uploaded and correctlylabelled for use by the rest of the organization and external partners Constantly look for ways to improve the efficiency of the artwork production Responsible for facilitating translations of creative copy Who we're looking for: Great communicator and you know how to write clear, informative andunderstandable briefs Able to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes and work efficiently andproductively under tight deadlines Proficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multiplepriorities You are an enthusiastic team player and feel confident in arranging / leading teammeetings and workshops You come with a solution-oriented mind-set, which makes you able to keep aproject on track even when last-minute changes are necessary You probably have the following experiences & skills: You have 4-5 years of experience in a similar position at an external orinhouse agency Minimum of 1 year experience / education in graphic production and/orproject management Experience in creative production processes in a fast-paced digitalenvironment Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to juggle short andlong term priorities You are interested in music, design, fashion, future trends and technology Our pledge: We thrive to foster an inclusive workplace and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status.
