Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Service Manager, you will be accountable for the implementation, governance and reporting of the major Incident Management Process in the Cash and Payments domain, the end-to-end business process follow-up as run-the-bank and the management of transversal IT events with other domains. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Implementation & Follow-up of Major Incident Management Process in our DomainSupport Domain CIO in providing adequate governance on ProductionMajor events coordination (markets cut-offs, end of day reconcilement)End to End business process follow-up and reportingCoordination and follow-up of VIP/VOP IT requests/incidents escalatedImplementation and follow-up of Level of Services: Definition of Service Level Agreements aligned on Domain Business chainsCreation & follow-up of User Survey SatisfactionManagement of Transversal IT events with other domains, CIB Production Governance & Technical Services (Infrastructure Major events, disaster recovery plan)Set up of Reporting framework about Domain Production indicators & Key Business activities: Business representatives, CIO GTB, Product Teams Leaders, CIB Production GovernanceEXPERIENCEBackground: Cash and Payments experienceGood knowledge of Wholesale Banking environment (CIB) with Incident management experience in an operational positionIT Production experienceKnowledge of IT roles and functionsITIL CertifiedFunctional & Technical skills: Extended knowledge of CIB Business chains and processesCapability to discuss both with strategic managers and operational experts from all backgrounds (Business, Infra, run-the-bank, build) and levelsTechnical skills basis3-5 years of proven experience using the required technologies and skillsEDUCATIONEssential: Degree in STEM educationITIL certifiedDesirable: Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies or Computer SciencePostgraduate program ITSOFT SKILLS & PERSONALITYCoordination skills, transversal management, transformationClient service oriented, well skilled in writing and live communicationAnalysis and synthesis skills, complex meeting/action plan / crisis animationBe persuasive, inspiring, and motivating for run culture changeAbility to work in liquid organizations with strong change adaptabilityEmpathyConflicts managementContinuous improvementStress managementLANGUAGEFluent Spanish (native or B2, C1)Fluent English (B2, C1)Idiomas: Spanish
