Production Scheduler Junior

Synthesia Technology is an established international leader in the manufacture and marketing of chemicals, polyesters and polyurethane systems for thermal/acoustic insulation and many other industries. We are part of the multinational Kingspan and are committed to training and young talent.
We are currently looking for a Graduate for the Planning department who would like to join us.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
Plan and follow up production of finished goods with a very high level of understanding trade-offs between service and inventory.
Review of material needs for production and contact purchasing to ensure availability.
Communication and collaboration with Production, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, Quality and R&D.
Maintain and verify master data.
Reporting of Planning KPIs.
The role requires a comprehensive understanding of existing and future capacity plans/constraints at the manufacturing plant network, and knowledge of how production capacity can be flexed to meet demand.
Requirements:
Bachelor of science in industrial engineering or similar.
Fluent English both, written and spoken.
Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP (preferably).
