Missions of the job You will be responsible for the daily management of the butyrates production site of Adisseo Nutricion Animal ("ANA") in Barbastro.You provide the best conditions of safety (occupational safety & health and product safety), quality, sustainability and hygiene.You try to obtain an optimal production planning by implementing the production and quality procedures to staff, providing the necessary assistance and means to the Shift leaders and operators of their functional unit in order to enable them to perform their duties correctly.By doing so, you act as a real security advisor.You participate in planned preventive activities and monitor and control the improvement actions to be carried out, arising from it.You are part of the plant management team, reporting to the General Manager, working closely together with all stakeholders to ensure that ANA's production targets for your scope are met and that ANA meets its annual and strategic objectives as set out in the business plan
