? What is the job about? The Production Quality Engineer will design and implement quality standards, inspect production processes and products, and develop effective quality control systems. This role will identify and drive corrective actions, collaborating closely with managers and supervisors to ensure the highest quality standards across all operations.
? What will you do? Prioritize material inspections in alignment with production planning schedules. Conduct product audits and inspections, analyze data, and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper follow-up and closure of issues. Plan and execute APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities related to Quality Inspection and Product Audits, ensuring full documentation (MSA & GRR). Collaborate in the preparation and continuous updating of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and Control Plans. Prepare records for RAC (Regulatory Affairs Compliance) verification and provide support during audits. Assess minimum qualification requirements for suppliers based on material type, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Lead supplier qualification meetings, manage non-conformance (NC) incidents, and oversee corrective action implementations. Conduct supplier audits and assessments, supporting external auditors during visits. Ensure quality standards are communicated effectively to suppliers and cascaded throughout the supply chain. Oversee internal quality concessions, ensuring traceability and adherence to quality standards. Provide ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) training. Manage Incoming Inspections and Product Audits as needed, ensuring consistency with established standards. Oversee the release of Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for products. Maintain and enforce quality system procedures to ensure products and services meet regulatory and company standards, particularly in electronics. Support both internal and external audits and assessments. ? What profile are we looking for? Mandatory: Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in electronic quality processes. Proficient in managing KPIs, performance indicators, and document control systems. Proven experience in audit management and supplier quality assurance. Strong knowledge of risk management and change management processes. Expertise in MS Office and quality management software applications. Familiarity with UNE-EN 9100 standards and certification management. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis methodologies and Non-Conformance Management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Valuable: Experience in tracking and monitoring production processes. Knowledge of POA, NADCAP, and UNE-EN-ISO 14001 is an asset. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting complex quality issues. Possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be valued but is not mandatory. ? What skills do we value?
