Production & Process Director

Responsibilities Responsible for the performance and quality control of the product obtained and the work performed, supervising personnel, production process, logistics and raw materials.
Planning and organizing production.
Management of work teams.
Quality and warehouse control.
Reviewing personnel performance.
Reviewing and properly maintaining machinery conditions.
Implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Requirements Engineering background Technical skills and knowledge (in the area of production, but also maintenance, quality, logistics, etc).
Strong management and team leadership skills.
Experience in the operation and set-up of production machines.
Independence in decision making, with critical and dynamic resolution capacity.
Handling of computer tools and continuous process improvement.
