Tasks
Production Oversight: Manage and optimize all production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
Maintenance Management: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities to ensure minimal downtime.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO standards, and safety regulations, maintaining high-quality production standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Inventory & Procurement: Oversee procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Crisis & Safety Management: Manage emergency situations and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
Reporting: Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and headquarters.
Requirements
3+ years in a production management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Background in electromechanics or facility maintenance is highly desirable.
Preferred: Higher Vocational Training in Electrotechnical/Automated Systems or Industrial Equipment Maintenance. Alternatively, Intermediate Vocational Training in related fields with significant experience.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and process optimization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Valid forklift driving license and experience.
Proficient in English (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with international teams.
