We are looking for a production planning profile to strengthen our team.
The Production Planning Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production planning processes across multiple international locations.
This role ensures that production schedules align with business objectives, market demands, and resource availability, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
The Production Planning Leader will be reporting to the Global Planning Manager.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production planning or a related field, preferably in the electrical sector.
Strong knowledge of production planning systems and inventory management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Proven experience in managing production schedules and optimizing resource utilization.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Production Planning or a related field.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Main functions: Production Planning and Scheduling : Develop and implement global production planning strategies to meet market demands and business goals.
Ensures advanced planning systems are used to create and manage production schedules.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
Resource Management : Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
Optimize the use of human and material resources to meet production targets.
Risk Management : Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential production disruptions.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of production planning processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of production planners, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless production processes.
Facilitate communication between different departments to align production plans with overall business objectives.
