We are seeking a skilled Production Planner (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team and take charge of our centralized planning processes.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of end-to-end production planning in our Data Factory, including centralized planning and forecasting.Serve as the interface between Requirement Engineering and production to ensure efficient planning and management of the production program.Plan and manage capacity pools, and monitor progress.Select and implement a new production planning tool.Define production planning methodologies, set documentation standards, and conduct KPI-based central production planning.Drive continuous improvement across all cross-functional teams.Requirements:Completed training or studies in commercial, technical education or a similar field.At least 3 years of professional working experience in the same or a similar area, preferably in a data or IT environment.Profound experience in planning and controlling activities, resource allocation, and KPI-based planning.Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Production Management Certification would be highly preferred.Project Management experience.Experience with production planning tools and software.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Fluent in English language, German will be beneficial.Benefits:Contract title: your position is part of our job profile "Project Engineer (m/f/d)".
