What You Will DoPlanning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayProject long-term planning / capacity reviewCreate mid-term planning for 3 to 16 weeks and mid-term capacity reviewPrioritize Finish Goods supply demands within latest production planComplete status reports and data analysis to review and evaluate production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory and finished goods demandIdentify possible gaps and issues and escalate as neededCommunicate planning change issues within production or with markets.Update Supply Manager (BU/Region) regarding forecast, capacity and production realization.Evaluate and attune production plan progress regularly (weekly) with Department Leaders.Gather mid and long-term information about market trends, production capacity e.g. holiday and project plans.Plan the phase in/out of finished products.Work with the Site Initiatives Leader to plan trials and the introduction of new products.Who You AreUniversity degree (business or Engineering)High level of English (written and verbal) is a must; additional languages are an advantageExcellent communication and influencing skillsExperience of Planning, within a similar high-volume manufacturing environmentStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work as part of a teamWhat We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
