The role is responsible for balancing the demand capacity situation for Finished-Goods for assigned converting lines. Based on short and long term capacity demand plans, recommend change allocation and sourcing structure for FG in order to safeguard product availability and secure agreed service levels. The role leads or supports resolving shortages and capacity demand issues.

What You Will Do Responsible for fulfillment of legal obligations and of company policies in safety, environment, health and other risk related issues.Balances Demand Capacity situation for Finished-Goods on a monthly basis following the S&OP calendar, tools and reports.In case of (upcoming) supply issues, recommends solutions based on facts while presenting quantified alternatives.Follows up on actions out of the S&OP regional and executive reviews.Participate or leads in (new product) capacity projects or footprint initiatives.Participates or leads in complexity reduction initiatives or product range optimizations.Acts as interface for selective lines/product groups between planning, demand and EPM.Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related technical field.+2 years of experience in logistics and/or Production planning.Experience working in a manufacturing site and good understanding of local site operations.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Ability to create alternative supply scenarios.Ability to effectively manage expected and unexpected changes in the plan, under time constraints and limited information.What we can offer you New modern offices.
