Your mission in a few words We are seeking a Production Planner to join our dynamic and fast-paced Supply Chain Planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning production schedules to ensure the service level and the efficiency of the plants within budget.
What would you do? Achieve the Service Level KPI by developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure that products are produced in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinating production activities with other departments, such as purchasing, inventory, and quality, to ensure that production schedules are aligned with supply chain needs. Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet changing requirements or delays. Contribute to achieve OEE KPI of the production plants through anticipating and preventing last-minute changes in production. Detect capacity gaps and elaborate scenarios in order to anticipate and prevent capacity challenges in our production plants. Managing inventory levels to ensure the service level. Communicate proactively within Customer Service and Sales departments about any possible unforeseen event that could affect to the service. Detect deviations in the forecast to escalate it to the demand planning team to get new insights about the market behavior. The Baker we're looking for You have a Degree or Master in Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in demand/production planning Fluent Spanish & English oral and written is a must Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Passionate and team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with production planning software is a plus Información adicional Why to join our team?
