You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process, contributing to the company's goal of delivering high-quality solutions to its global clients.You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Production Planner
Review and validate Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and sales orders.
Add missing materials into purchasing requests to ensure accurate production planning and costing.
Prepare quarterly production forecasts for plant approval to meet delivery schedules.
Ensure accuracy in data provided for parts requests through the system
Follow up with storekeepers to ensure timely material delivery and quality compliance.
Address issues with rejected materials by reviewing quality reports to identify and resolve rejection causes.
Adhere to and promote Production's policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities in systems, processes, and practices.
Encourage adherence to company policies and procedures across the production team.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as Production Planner
2 to 4 years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical Industry Production and Material Procurement.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Industrial Production Market knowledge is preferred.
