Your job, as Production & Material Planning Business Process Expert within our Global Supply Chain Organization, will be to play a transversal and leadership role. Your main accountabilities are to build and sustain Global world-class Production & Material Planning processes across our Digital Production & Material Planning landscape.
This includes:
the implementation of the Supply Chain strategic roadmap through the design and rollout of a Business core model in our Production & Material Planning Digital tools,the development of the related capabilities of the CHC Planning community,the continuous improvement of already existing processes,the monitoring of adherence to the processes in your scope,the improvement of the quality of the master and transactional data.Fully embedded in the CHC Global Supply Chain Organization, our team aims at building the best-in-class End-to-End Supply Chain model and delivering it successfully. Main responsibilities: Drive the implementation of the CHC Global Supply Chain strategy, aligned with the overall CHC roadmap, owning the Production & Material Planning Digital core model (mainly in SAP) and representing the Production & Material Planning within the CHC BPO network.Drive the design of the Production & Material Planning Digital Core Model with main stakeholders (Digital, GBS, M&S, Trade), meeting the requirements of the CHC GBU and CHC customers and partners.Ensure that the objectives of standardization and harmonization are maintained and driven during deployments through proper Organization and Change Management activities.Gather all new requirements and change requests, maintaining the objective of standardization and harmonization, and organize their prioritization and timely implementation with Digital.Secure master and transactional data quality by defining data quality criteria, profiling and auditing data, validating data against business rules, and remediating data quality issues.Conduct regular process maturity assessments in SAP.Support operational teams in their corrective and improvement plans and ensure that the processes of your scope are well documented (playbook).Promote a culture of innovation by understanding trends and future ways of working through external benchmarking and sharing best practices within the Production & Material Planning community.Contribute to Excellence in performance by defining and implementing adequate metrics/targets and their proper monitoring and communication.Ensure proper understanding and respect of Internal Control rules.Experience: Strong track record in Production & Material Planning processes and experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in a Digital implementation environment.Experience in the consumer healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods industry is an advantage.Advanced knowledge of SAP systems and SCM principles, with key user knowledge and proficiency in SAP (PP/WM/TM) systems, business processes, and data structures.Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.Project Management experience and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.Languages: Proficiency in English
Educational Profile: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
