Your future role As part of the launch of our new production site in Amposta, Spain, we are recruiting our future Production Manager.
Reporting to the Sales Director based in Spain, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the site and then taking over its management.
More specifically, your role will consist of:
Planning orders and coordination the team ensuring that production targets are metLeading and motivating theteam, providing training and support to enhance performanceManaging resources, personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiencyImplementing quality control measures to ensure that products meet required standards and specificationsMonitoring production costs and working to reduce waste and improve profitabilityIdentifying and addressing production issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtimeEnsuring that production processes comply with safety regulationsPreparing KPI'S on production performance, efficiency, and other key metrics for management reviewRequired skills Expertise in production processes, quality control, and manufacturing methodsEngineering degree in production, industrial engineering, or a related field3-6 years in production or manufacturing management, preferably with exposure to plastic production processesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, production software and other toolsHigh level of proficiency in EnglishStrong team management and leadership abilitiesExcellent analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with teams, management, suppliers, and customersAbility to prioritize tasks and maintain high organizational standardsUnderstanding of safety regulations relevant to the production environmentSkills in cost management and financial analysis to optimize production efficiency and profitabilityIf you are ready to take on this challenge, please bring your drive, ambition and talent, and let's partner together
