Production Manager

Job Summary: MCR Industries, a leader in ink, paint, and coating manufacturing, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor.
The ideal candidate will manage a team of production workers, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe working environment.
This role involves coordinating production schedules, monitoring workflow, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production workers, including operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
Oversee production processes, ensuring timely and quality output.
Maintain high standards of product quality by enforcing quality control procedures and conducting regular inspections.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Prepare and maintain production reports including daily output, downtime, and material usage.
Communicate production status and issues to the Production Manager and other relevant departments.
Qualifications: 5 or more years of production supervision experience, preferably in ink, paint, or coatings.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control practices.
