Ensuring complete implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety rules.
Researching, evaluating, and implementing new production technologies and process improvements.
Conducting continuous improvement activities to increase production efficiency.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry spare parts manufacturing industry or a similar sector, at least 5 years experienced in production management of automotive.
Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Deep knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949 - Automotive Quality Management System and other quality standards.
knowledge in ERP and production planning software.
Possessing technical knowledge and able to effectively manage production processes.
Developed leadership qualities, successful in team management and motivation.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think analytically.
Advanced level of English proficiency is a must.
