Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team.
The selected person will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the cells and tissues production line, ensuring an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
We are seeking someone with the ability to lead personnel towards maximum performance.
Responsibilities To plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer requirements specified and the established goals.
To supervise, lead, and evaluate the production team.
To manage employees' competencies and training status to be able to meet the tasks of the team.
To ensure compliance (GMP) with quality and safety standards.
To participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
To collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues by monitoring.
Report to Supply Management Head.
Requirements Previous experience in production management, preferably in the biotechnology field.
Experience working for a position regulated by the IVDR preferred.
Solid knowledge of cell production processes.
Leadership skills and ability to work in a team with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
English will be an asset.
