We are constantly building the organization whilst serving commercial clients in exciting vehicle engineering projects and electrification products.As a key member of the Operations team, the Production Manager plays a critical role in the industrialization and manufacturing of high-performance battery packs for Motorsport, Automotive, Marine and Aerospace. This role involves strategic leadership in establishing and scaling Bold's capabilities.ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning and SchedulingDevelop and implement production schedules to meet manufacturing targets.Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel to meet the production goals.Oversee production operations, including the development of processes, procedures, and technologies.Lead and grow the production team.Work closely with engineering, quality, purchasing and the required stakeholders to ensure electrification projects are industrialized on time and meet the standards.Production KnowledgeMaintain a deep understanding of product designs to guide decisions that optimize manufacturability.Safety and ComplianceEnsure that all production operations comply with safety and environment regulations.Implement safety protocols to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.Drive initiatives to enhance production quality, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support improvements.Scaling ProductionDefine and implement systems and processes to accommodate increasing production volumes and complexity.Performance MetricsEstablish procedures and metrics for quality, productivity and overall performance improvements.Minimum Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.At least 10 years of experience managing one or multiple production sites.Proven track record of leading production teams in high-growth environments.Experience in designing and implementing Health & Safety (H&S) standards, especially concerning high voltage hazards.Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Hands-on approach with can-do attitude.Fluent in Spanish and English.Desirable Skills and Additional ExperienceIndustry Knowledge and Experience: in Electric Vehicle (EV) sector.Technical Experience: background in battery pack manufacturing, especially with various cell types and architectures.Standards Knowledge: familiarity with Automotive industry standards at the production level.Startup Experience: experience in a fast-paced, small-team environment.Additional RequirementsOvertime and flexibility will be required when project or customer needs additional support.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive compensation.Flexible compensationHealth insuranceKindergartenRegular events and team building activities.BOLD is an equal opportunity company.
