What the role entails Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Management Team Lead will be: Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to): Games roadmap planning Resource planning Translations Certifications Release management Game Components Tools Outsourcing game production Special Projects Collaborate closely with the Game Producer team leads to ensure they are supported in all initiatives that support a smooth production pipeline and / or lead to improvements in Game Production Act as a strategic stakeholder within Game Production to advice on potential process improvements Manage a team of professionals by setting up clear goals, making sure they are met without failure.
Maintain a high level of transparency on all initiatives the team works on to ensure seamless collaboration within and outside of the department What we ask of you Highly organized, experienced in managing a team working on complex projects with tight deadlines A great mentor, communicator and motivator Have a yes-can-do attitude, you are a person that is a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Have an engaging and convincing personality with excellent communication skills.

Fluent in English Bonus points if you have: Significant I-gaming or Gaming leadership experience.
Significant experience in using Jira and / or other project management tools.
