Are you ready to help us face challenges and find solutions that get us both to the next level of excellence?What the role entailsSome of the key responsibilities of our Production Management Team Lead will be:Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to):Games roadmap planningResource planningTranslationsCertificationsRelease managementGame ComponentsToolsOutsourcing game productionSpecial ProjectsCollaborate closely with the Game Producer team leads to ensure they are supported in all initiatives that support a smooth production pipeline and/or lead to improvements in Game ProductionAct as a strategic stakeholder within Game Production to advise on potential process improvementsManage a team of professionals by setting up clear goals, making sure they are met without failure.Maintain a high level of transparency on all initiatives the team works on to ensure seamless collaboration within and outside of the departmentWhat we ask of youHighly organized, experienced in managing a team working on complex projects with tight deadlinesA great mentor, communicator, and motivatorHave a yes-can-do attitude; you are a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.Have an abundance of engaging leadership.Passionate in whatever you do and want to make a difference in the I-gaming sector.Have an engaging and convincing personality with excellent communication skills.Have excellent teamwork skills and ability to adapt.Bonus points if you have:Significant I-gaming or Gaming leadership experience.Significant experience in using Jira and/or other project management tools.Solid understanding of the latest tech and production trends, especially in igaming.What's in it for you?If you feel great, you'll do great.
