The Production Engineering area needs to incorporate a dynamic person, open to continuous learning, capable of working in a multidisciplinary environment, and with strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:Lead projects for the transfer of R&D processes to the industrial plant.Lead projects related to industrialization, automation, scaling, and improvement of production processes.Lead multidisciplinary work teams.Prepare the necessary documentation to carry out industrial validations.Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.Understand and comply with GMP regulations, as well as occupational safety, hygiene, environmental, and social responsibility regulations.Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and potential bottlenecks.Requirements:Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or similar (Industrial, Chemical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering).Experience in a similar role.Ability to work independently.Strong communication skills.Adaptability to change.Versatile, problem-solving, and proactive.Fluent in English.We offer a full working day in a global company in the Biotechnology sector, whose mission is to contribute to improving health and wellness by providing analytical solutions designed to offer a good user experience.
