Production Division Head

You will serve as a PRODUCTION DIVISION HEAD in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC ROICC ROTA, Spain .

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with maintaining the Division's most efficient and effective execution of workload within established business line budget, goals, processes and performance metrics;
Actively directs an innovative program to provide best value to the Navy;
Plans workload and balances resources using sophisticated software and modern equipment management and work control techniques;
Identifies external and internal systems requiring improvement and effects changes in work distribution, manpower utilization, and use of facilities and services.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
